Submitted by Paypol 08 July 2009
This covers and fills an 8" cake and would be ideal for piping onto cupcakes.
Ingredients
3 cups icing sugar, 2/3 cup cocoa powder, 125g butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, Some milk
Method
Sift sugar and cocoa powder into a bowl. Beat in melted butter and vanilla and enough milk to make a smooth spreadable paste. Use immediately or store in fridge for a couple of days - you may need to warm slightly to spread easily. Can also be frozen.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
