Chocolate cake

Ingredients
200g Chocolate (bar),280g sugar,100g flour,125g butter,6 eggs,2 coffespoons baking powder,
Method
Whisk de egg yolks with the sugar. Melt au bain-marie the butter with the chocolate and let it cool off a bit.. Add to the egg yolks and the sugar. Whisk the egg whites till rthey are firm and add to the previous mixture (add the chocolate mixture to the egg yolks just before you add the egg whites or else it may become too hard). Add the flour and the baking powder. Pour the mixture in a buttered tin and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 45 minutes. PS - Don't let the chocolate cool off too much or else it will get hard.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
