Grease and line a shallow tin with greaseproof paper About 18cm/7” square is ideal.
Pour in the mixture
Bake at 350F 180C of Gas mark 4 for 30 – 40 minutes

Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Cut into squares and serve hot with ice cream or cream or eat cold.
Ingredients
100g/4oz Marg,250g/10oz Sugar (I’ve used various sorts granulated or caster),2 eggs beaten,150g/6oz Plain Flour,50g/2oz Cocoa Powder,2 tablespoons of HOT CHO MILK (found in tall skinny tin near drinking chocolate),2 drops of Extract of Vanilla,
Method
Melt the marg in a big saucepanAdd the sugar to the pan
Add the beaten eggs also
Stir in the flour
Add the cocoa sieved.
Drop in the vanilla
Grease and line a shallow tin with greaseproof paper About 18cm/7” square is ideal.

Bake at 350F 180C of Gas mark 4 for 30 – 40 minutes
