Grease and line 8 inch cake tin
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder into a bowl. Add caster sugar
In a seperate bowl whisk oil ,6 tbsp cold water, vinegar and eggs.
Stir wet ingredients into dry ones. Mix well and beat for about 30 seconds
Spoon into tin
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until well risen but slightly soft in middle
Remove from oven and leave to cool

Serve with cream or lime bananas
Ingredients
15g butter for greasing,10oz plain flour,2 tbsp baking powder,30z cocoa powder,12oz caster sugar,6fl oz vegetable oil,1 tbsp white wine vinegar,4 eggs
Method
Preheat oven to 180cGrease and line 8 inch cake tin
