8 slices of ciabatta bread,2 garlic cloves peeled ,small handful of flat leaf parsley chopped ,5 tablespoons of olive oil,salt,


Toast the bread under a preheated grill until golden brown .
Rub the garlic over one side of the bread : the bread acts as a grater and the garlic is evenly spread over the bread . Sprinkle the brushetta with the parsley and salt to taste and drizzle with the oil . Serve immediatley or keep warm until required , but do not keep warm for too long or the brushetta will lose its crunchiness.
