Beat & Bake Chocolate Cake

1/3 c Cocoa powder 35 g,1/2 c self raising flour 75 g,2/3 c plain flour 100 g,1/2 ts bicarb soda,125 g soft butter,1 1/4 c caster sugar 275 g,3 eggs,1 ts vanilla,1/2 c milk


Preheat 160oC.
Geased and line deep 20 cm round caked tin.
Sift dry ingredients into mixer bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix at low speed until combined, then increase to High for 60 seconds.
Spread into tin.
160oC 60-70 mins.
Stand 10 minutes in tin before turn out onto wire rack.
