Submitted by smile 11 November 2009
This is a very old Yorkshire recipe which is used as a basis for many cakes. I have found it fool prrof especially when people say the cannot make a cake
Ingredients
Take the weight of 3 eggs shells on, same in marg, caster sugar and sr.flour....
Method
Beat sugar and Marg, add the eggs (shells off) naturally, then the flour. You can now experiment with flavours e.g. cocoa 2oz sifted for chocolate etc. Cook in a greased and floured loaf tin on 150% if fan oven or reg 3 approx 50 mins.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
