A delightful mixture of sponge cake, cassata ice-cream and chocolate sauce. The cake lasts for quite a while in the freezer - if you have any leftovers, that is!

I can eat way too much of this, especially if it's accompanied by raita or tzatziki! Oh, and Bananarama suggests adding one diced red pepper to the mixture - great idea!
