The easiest banana bread recipe I've found (from someone who doesn't normally like cooked bananas). Found on waitrose.
Healthy Banana Cake for Fitness enthusiasts! High in carbs and potassium and low in fat.
This is not a loaf cake but more of a sandwich cake. It is a lovely old fashioned recipe.
Lovely way of using up over ripe Bananas and with Raisins is a sneaky way of feeding the kids fruit.

Another quick dessert that's sounds odd but is exstremely yummy! A good way of using up those over ripe banana's. Its also fab with rum!
