A truly wonderful dairy free cookie that is soft and delicious and a massive hit with everyone! This recipe uses Kara Dairy Free Coconut Milk. This is such an excellent new product! It has a mild sweet taste and it is not coconutty at all. Try it!

This is a dead simple and quick fruit cake. It's deliciously moist and has a great flavour and the walnuts add a lovely crunch. I make it regularly to sell at Macmillan Charity Events and people ask for it again and again!
