kiwifruit dressing
Submitted by gigi 21 July 2011
this is a lovely dressing to accompany chicken or fish and if there is any left over, it makes a good marinade for pork, either as a stir fry or the base for a curry.
Ingredients
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon of grated root ginger - or more if liked
6 tablespoons good oil
juice of a lime
salt, black pepper and a pinch of sugar
Method
blitz in a food processor
