chop stems chop onion/garlic
boil flowerettes in chicken stock till tender
remove and drain and place in baking dish
put stems.onion.garlic in blender
add cream ,salt. pepper
pour on top of flowerettes
cut butter in small pieces put on top of flowerettes
put horseradish on flowerettes
add curry powder on top
sprinkle bread crumbs on top
dot w/paprika
sprinkle flour sprinkle parmesan cheese
bake in 350oF oven 30 min
sprinlke w/parsley flakes when done

remove from oven place on table in baking dish let everyone help thrmselves
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower,wash and remove stems and set aside,1 onion chopped,1 garlic clove minced,boil flowerettes in chicken stock,1 c cream,salt/pepper,1/2 stick butter,1tblp horseradish,1 tsp curry powder,1c fine bread crumbs, 1 tsp sugar,1/2 tsp paprika(not sweet),2 tblsp flour,1/2c grated parmesan cheese,1/2c chopped parsley

dry washed cauliflower goodchop stems chop onion/garlic
boil flowerettes in chicken stock till tender
remove and drain and place in baking dish
