Add garlic and caraway and toss in oil.
Add shredded cabbage and coat in the garlic and caraway mixture.
Add red wine vinegar and allow to bubble.
Add stock and honey and allow the liquid to reduce.
When most of the liquid has gone add creme fraiche and parsley and serve.

Sweet and Sour Cabbage with Caraway and Creme Fraiche

Ingredients
1/4 - 1/2 Green or White Cabbage Shredded,1 Clove Garlic finely chopped,1 tbsp Groundnut Oil,1 tbsp Caraway seeds,3 tbsp Red Wine Vingar,1 tbsp Clear Honey,150-200 ml Chicken Stock,3-4 tbsp Creme Fraiche.,1 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.Add garlic and caraway and toss in oil.
Add shredded cabbage and coat in the garlic and caraway mixture.
Add red wine vinegar and allow to bubble.
Add stock and honey and allow the liquid to reduce.
When most of the liquid has gone add creme fraiche and parsley and serve.
