Sausagemeat Stuffing

I serve it with chicken, turkey or pork.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

6 tablespoons of milk,6oz breadcrumbs,Half a pound sausagemeat,1 tablespoon chopped onion,2oz chopped mushrooms,Herbs (optional),1 beaten egg,

Method

Pour milk over breadcrumbs, stand for 10 minutes
Mix with sausagemeat, onion and mushrooms, herbs if used.
Mix in egg to bind

Put in oven for about 40 mins on gas no 5-6.
