Potatoes with Ricotta and Strawberries

Ingredients

8 Potatoes,250g Ricotta,400g Strawberries cut in slices,

Method

Boil the potatoes unpeeled. When they are ready let them cool off a bit and peel them. Cut them in thin slices. Place the sliced potatoes, the strawberries and the Ricotta in layers in an oven dish. Put the dish in the oven for 30 min at 180ºC.
