Kiwi Gin and Tonic
A very straightforward but pleasant adaptation of Gin and Tonic
Peeled and sliced Kiwi fruit
Put the lemon, kiwi and ice in a tumbler pour over gin and top up with tonic. The kiwi needs to by ripe but not over ripe so that it is still quite tangy.
