Hot Pepper sauce

Serve warm or at room temperature



3oz sunflower oil,2 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper,1 1/2 tsp ground cumin,1 clove garlic crushed,1/2 tsp salt


Put all ingredients in pan
Cook over a medium - low heat stirring until ingredients are blended -about 5 mins
