Gourmet Thins can make winning the weight-loss war so much easier

Submitted by Sydney the foodie 02 April 2010

Gourmet Thins (Both in Bran & Rye and Sesame) have been very popular for over 20 years now... (They look very good value if you compare with Ryvita Thins !)

Ingredients

Only natural ingredients shown on the packs, using non-hydrogenated Palm oil, therefore no worry on trans fats because of health concerns.

Method

Have them plain to satisfy snack attacks, or simply add your favouite low-calorie topping to make a delisiously light lunch. Or why not entertain friends and family with a low calorie party buffet packed with creatively topped Gourmet Thins crispbreads.
