German style tomato relish
Submitted by Top Conker 13 July 2009
Had this the same day we enjoyed the German potato salad. Really good.
Ingredients
Tomatoes
Tomato puree
Herbs (oregano, basil and parsley)
Salt and pepper.
Method
Chop up some tomatoes, add some tomato puree and herbs (oregano, basil and parsley also salt and pepper) and give it a good mix. Then add a cooked egg (chopped up) and at the end just add a little bit of sugar to bring out the flavour of the tomatoes. You can also add some feta cheese or grated nutmeg for a change.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
