Fluffy non suet dumplings

Ingredients
1 cup sifted plain flour,2 teasps baking powder,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 cup milk,2 tablesp. sunflower oil
Method
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together into a bowl, combine the milk and oil together in a jug. Add the liquid all at once to the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed, Place spoonfuls on top of a bubbling casserole or stew cover and cook for 15 - 20 mins. till well risen and fluffy.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
