Methodmix all the veggie and nut ingredients together in a bowl just before serving. Mix the oil, sugar and rice vinegar together until well combined. Stir into the vegetables & nuts just before serving, to keep everything crispy. If using, sprinkle the crispy noodles on the top of the salad bowl just before serving. All the separate ingredients can be prepared/weighed out in advance, and everything mixed together just before serving, to keep everything crispy.
