put drained balls in big basket and let everyone help themselves at a party



1 onion chopped,1 red bell pepper seeded and chopped,3 tblsp butter,1 c chopped cooked ham,2garlic cloves minced ,6 tblsp flour,,,2c drained sauerkraut,1/2 c beef stock,1 egg,2 1/2 c flour,2 c milk,1c fine bread crumbs,deep fat for frying,,,,


put butter in skillet, saute onion. garlicbell pepper,ham,sprinkle flour in and sauerkraut and beef stock,place mix in fridge and chill. remove and form into balls,make fritter batter of egg. flour and milk, dip balls in batter then roll in bread crumbs fry in deep fat till brown
remove and drain on paper towels
