2 HANDFULS BUTTON MUSHROOMS OR LARGE ONES CUT UP,4/6 SPRING ONIONS CHOPPED,CHILLI FLAKES,A GLUG OF OIL ,A LARGE GLUG SWEET CHILLI SAUCE,A LARGE GLUG OF STOCK OR SHERRY OR GINGER WINE

Method

FRY THE SPRING ONIONS IN THE OIL WITH A GOOD GRIND OF CHILLI FLAKES ADD THE MUSHROOMS FRY GENTLY FOR 1/2 MINS ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS SIMMER TIL THE LIQUID THICKENS ABOUT 5/7 MINS OR IT IS COOKED TO YOUR LIKING
