Looking to eat low or fat free foods, for health or weight loss, then this coleslaw will give a lift to any meal.



Carrot x 1 grated

Shredded red or white cabbage,  I/2 or 1/4  depending on size or amount of coleslaw required.finely sliced,

2 spring onions chopped

1 x  red chilli finely chopped

fat free greek yogurt

salt and black pepper.


mix all ingredients together, eat and enjoy
