its just soooo easy....why buy when it is this easy!
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard,
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar,
6 tablespoons Olive oil,
salt and pepper,
Place all ingredients in a screw top jam jar and shake vigorously to mix. Store in a cool place (not the fridge) until ready to use. Use for all your salads. Vinaigrette will keep for a week.
