Easy blue cheese pasta sauce

Pour over pasta of your choice and serve immediately



1/2 pint single cream,4oz Any type of blue cheese,2oz chopped walnuts


In a saucepan heat the cream over a low heat
Crumble cheese and add to cream
Add chopped walnuts and season well
Heat until cheese has melted and the sauce is hot.
Do not let sauce boil!
