Easy Orange Sauce (microwavable)

Ingredients
Grated rind of one orange.,2 oz toasted flaked almonds.,2 oz butter.,4 fl oz orange juice.,1 tablespoon Grand Marnier.,1 oz soft dark brown sugar.,
Method
Place all ingredients in a jug and cook on high uncovered for 2-3 minsServe with chicken, duck etc. Garnish with orange slices and a few toated flaked almonds
