Ingredients
Serves 4 - Easily doubled,3 large spuds,2tbs ex virgin olive oil,seasoning,250ml white wine,1tbs tyme
Method
Heat over 200C/gas6Peel and finely slice spuds.
Mix in bowl with olive oil and seasoning.
