Drunken Potatoes

Serve hot from the oven



Serves 4 - Easily doubled,3 large spuds,2tbs ex virgin olive oil,seasoning,250ml white wine,1tbs tyme


Heat over 200C/gas6
Peel and finely slice spuds.
Mix in bowl with olive oil and seasoning.
Oil a roasting tin and scatter in spuds.
Pour over the wine and scatter thyme
Bake for 30 mins-the wine will boil and bubble away, and spuds will crisp up nicely.
Lift out using fish slice
