Dogs Liver Cake

For the canine friend only. I use this for training treat purposes only. Garlic seems to make the dog love it even more!

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

1 pack (approx 450g) liver 1/2 liver weight in plain flour 2 eggs Couple cloves garlic 1/2 - 1 cup water

Method

Line largish roasting tin with baking sheet - stops it sticking to side. Oven 180 Wizz together Liver, water, garlic and eggs to a puree Stir in flour Mixture should be sloppy enough to pour but not too liquidy Pour into prepared tin Bake for 30mins at 180 Remove and cool on rack for 10 mins, remove from tin and slice (best using pizza cutter) into thin 1-2cm strips. Keeps extremely well in the freezer defrosting thoroughly only what's required (strip a day)
