Curried red lentils

Fat free, quick & easy lentil curry.
Ingredients
Mug of red lentils, rinsed. Add roughly twice their quantity of water,less if you want it very thick but more if you want it like a soup
1/2 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp chilli powder (or less if you don't want it too hot).
2 tsp coriander powder.
1tsp garam masala.
1 clove garlic roughly chopped (optional).
1 or 2 chopped fresh tomatoes (optional).
1 small chopped onion (optional). Chopped fresh coriander - approx 1TBS to taste (optional).
Method
Put all ingredients into saucepan except fresh coriander. Bring to boil, stir, & simmer until tender - about 20 minutes. Add coriander. Serve.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
