Cucumber Raita (BBQ)

Perfect for serving with hot hot hot curries and also as an accopianment for BBQ's
Ingredients
Half of a cucumber,salt,150ml a good few healthy doloops of natural yoghurt,1/4 tspn chilli powder
Method
halve the cucumber lenghtways, peel, and the remove the seeds...And either grate, or chop into small pieces. Then put the cucumber into a sieve and sprinkle over some salt and leave to drain for a good 10 mins to remove the ecess water. Then rinse away the salt, and squeeze out any excess water, and put into the bowl containing the yoghurt and the chilli powder, mix to all nice and mixed up, cover and chill until needed.....lasts if you have any leftover for upto 3 days.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
