Crunchy potatoes with sea salt

Ingredients

1 kg potatoes,1 tbsp flour,1 tbsp coarse sea salt,6 tbsp olive oil,

Method

Boil de potatoes in water and seasoned with salt. When the potatoes are ready throw the water away and leave them to steam a couple of minutes with the lid on the pan. Warm up the oven at 200ºC. Put the potatoes in an oven dish and coat them with the flour and the salt (I usually do this in a plastic bag, easy to coat the potatoes that way). Add the olive oil and coat all over (in the oven dish!). Put the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes or until they are golden and crunchy!
