Creamy casserole potatoes

5 large baking potatoes,semi skimmed milk,freshly ground salt & pepper,grated cheddar cheese


Peel and then thinly slice slice the potatoes, layer them in a casserole dish/Pyrex dish (you need about five layers, season with the salt and pepper to taste, pour over about 1/2 pint milk and then top with a good layer of grated cheese.

Place in a med oven for approx. 1 hour or until cooked through and golden brown on top.
