Courgettes in Bechamel sauce

Useful side dish with many meals or as a side dish at a bar-b-que



8 to 10 courgettes onion 2 cloves of garlic bechamel sauce parmesan cheese


Cut onions finely and crush garlic, fry off to soften. Slice courgettes lengthways and fry off until slightly browned. Add to oven proof dish and cover with the bechamel sauce, sprinkle over parmesan cheese and place in pre heated oven (180) for 25 minutes. Remove and serve
