Classic Chilli Sauce
This sauce is perfect for burgers, chicken sandwiches and other healthier home made fast food options. It would also be a great dipping sauce for chips or chicken nuggets as it is extremely low in fat, so it isn't such a guilty pleasure.
MethodFinely chop the onions, garlic and tomatoes and add to a saucepan with all the other ingredients. Slowly bring to the boil then simmer for about 15 minuets, stirring frequently to help break up the tomatoes. Pass through a sieve then allow to cool in the fridge in a sealed container.
