Chocolate Fudge Icing
Essential icing for chocolate cake and chocolate butterfly cakes
2oz butter soft,
2oz milk chocolate,
8oz icing sugar,
½tsp vanilla extract,
Place butter and chocolate in a bowl and microwave gently until smooth and melted. Place icing sugar in a food processor and add the combined chocolate and butter add the vanilla extract, whiz until combined, add a little water to make it come together and to a spreading consistency.
Use to decorate cakes as required.
