Chilli crab and tomato dip

Scatter the spring onion and chopped tomato over the top and chill before serving.
Ingredients
2 x 170g can crab meat or the fresh if your flush!,200g mild cream cheese (whatever's your fave-Philly's fine),2 tbs chilli sauce,2 tsp tomato paste,1 tsp lemon zest,2 tsp lemon juice,1 small onion/shallot finely grated,3 spring onions finely sliced,1 tomato seeded and finely chopped
Method
Squeeze any remaining liquid from the crab meat. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add the crab meat, chilli sauce, tomato paste, lemon rind, lemon juice and onion. Season well and mix together and spoon into serving bowl.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
