Chilli Sherry

Use as a condiment in any soup. Also as a secret ingredient to any gravy.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

Dry fino sherry,4 to 6 red dried chillies

Method

Simple,
Just add the sherry to an oil jar, (they can be bought almost anywhere), and add the dried chillies.
Leave for about 4 weeks before using.
The flavour increases the longer you keep it.
