Cheesy bread pudding

Great with a tomato salad or just baken beans!

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

4 slices of bread,enough butter to butter bread,marmite,150g cheddar grated,400ml milk,4 eggs

Method

preheat oven to 180'C
Spread bread with butter and marmite and cut into 4 triangles
put a layer of bread into dish and sprinkle half the cheese on top
Add another layer of bread and cheese
Whisk milk and eggs together. Season with salt and pepper
Pour over bread
Leave for 15 mins so the milk soaks into the bread
Cook for about 30 mins or until golden and puffy
