Drain pineapple and add the fruit to the celeriac
Add mayonaise as you like and then add the sugar which you should disolve in a drop of hot water.
Pop into the fridge for a hour or so before eating

Ingredients
1 Celeriac,1 lemon,1 can pineapple chunks about 400 gr size can,Mayonaise (from a jar homemade will not work here),1 tablesoon sugar
Method
Peel and grate celeriac.Squueze juice of lemon into celeraic and toss. This will stop it going a yuky brown
Drain pineapple and add the fruit to the celeriac
Add mayonaise as you like and then add the sugar which you should disolve in a drop of hot water.
Pop into the fridge for a hour or so before eating
