Carrots with Orange and Mustard

Can be prepared ahead (day before). Serves 6.



1/2 lbs carrots cut into batons,7 tblsnps orange juice,1.1/2 oz butter,1.1/2 tbpsns grained mustard,Salt and pepper


Melt the butter, mix with the juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
Place the carrots in a casserole dish and pour the mixture over. Cover and cook for about 35/40 minutes at 200C/gas 6.
