Cabbage with Fennel

Great with fish
Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil,2 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed,2 shallots peeled and chopped,1 tablespoon fennel seeds, cabbage - about 275g worth
Method
Put oil, fennel seeds, garlic and shallots in pan until soft.Shred cabbage finely and add to pan. Stir until just softened
