CELERIAC AU GRATIN (AMENDED)

Ingredients
Your quantity of celeriac broccoli and or cauliflower. A good cheddar cheese sauce with English mustard. Good handful of equal amounts of grated Parmesan & fresh breadcrumbs.
Method
Method as before. This is an especially good side dish with a baked ham, steak or a slice of gammon when there isn't any gravy.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
