Blue Cheese Dressing

Another favourite dressing.....



50g Blue Cheese (Gorgonzola, Dolcelatte good too , very soft/p>

2 tablespoon low fat yogurt,

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar,

2 tablespoon olive oil,

1 tablespoon chopped chives


Put the cheese, yogurt, vinegar and oil in a bowl and mix together until smooth. Add some warm water if too thick.
