Blue Cheese Dressing

Another favourite dressing.....
Ingredients
50g Blue Cheese (Gorgonzola, Dolcelatte good too),
2 tablespoon milk,
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar,
6 tablespoon olive oil,
salt and pepper,
Method
Put the cheese, milk, vinegar, oil and some seasoning in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add some warm water if too thick.
