Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup (8 fl oz) tomato ketchup,1/4 cup (2 fl oz) cider vinegar (or white vinegar would do),1/3 cup (2 oz) light muscovado sugar,1 onion chopped ,3 garlic cloves crushed,1 tsp dried chilli flakes (or to taste),1 tbsp mustard powder (or 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard),1 tsp Worcester sauce,
Method
Combine in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. You can play around with the mustard, chilli flakes and garlic to suit yourself.Paint onto your meat frequently while grilling.
