Baked Cabbage

Can be served with pork sausages, pork chops or lamb chops.



1/2 kg Cabbage,50g flour,salt black pepper,60g peanuts chopped,4 Tbs butter,150ml milk,Nutmeg,125g grated cheese


Shred cabbage and wash, allow to drain well.
Made thick white sauce.
Butter ovenproof dish and arrange a layer of cabbage over base. Cover with some sauce, sprinkle with nuts and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake in oven 215 deg C for 20 minutes.
