BBQ - Glaze

perfect with Chicken and Pork dishes, not tried with beef yet!



3 tbsp Tom Puree.,3 tbsp Brown Sauce (HP Daddies etc).,1 tbsp white wine vinegar.,1 tbsp Honey.,1 Tbsp Olive OIl.,2 fat cloves of garlic crushed.


Mix everything together.

Brush over your meat just prior and during cooking.
