Another Blue Cheese Dressing

Just lureve blue cheese dressing.....

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

110g blue veined cheese (Roquefort, Dolcelatte etc)

150ml soured cream

1 teaspoon chopped chives

1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

pinch of cayenne pepper

Method

De-rind the cheese and chop Stir into  the soured cream, chives, seaoning with lemon juice and cayenne pepper to taste.   Chill for an hour before using.
