Always make it when I need to come up with a quick, tasty salad dressing!
gingered carrots
Published1c chicken stock 12 c dry white wine 4c cut up carrots 12c sliced shallots 2 garlic clove minced 1 tsppeeled grated fresh ginger pinch curry powder salt 1tsp lemon juice zest from lemon 12 tblsp sugar 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tblsp white wine.
