I made the apricot slice from the cake book but when it was cooked it was all crumbly and couldn't be eaten as a slice, nice with yogurt or custard - any ideas what I could have done wrong? I measured carefully.

Hi Lindsay making a lasagne tomorrow and it says to put it in at 180 degrees and I also want to make a apple muffin cake which goes in at 190 degrees also the lasagne goes in for 35 mins and the cake goes in for 75 mins could the lasagne go in 10 degrees higher and will the cake sink if I open the oven to take out the lasagne
